Camp notes

Dropping off and picking up is from the hall entrance at the side of school. Please escort your child to the hall entrance.
8:30am - early drop off children
9:00am - start of the day
12:00 -afternoon drop off (half day children)
12:30pm- morning collection (half day children)
3:30pm - collection
If you are late for drop off, please call Alexis on 07904325080 and we will let you in.
If you are early, please wait with your child until they are registered and do not let your child come in on their own.

Food
Please remember to pack a healthy nut and sesame free packed lunch, water and snacks for your child. I usually bring fruit and biscuits to hand them out at break times (if your child is allowed).
If your child is coming from 8:30am, breakfast is not provided but you are welcome to pack them something to eat.
Half day children may bring lunch and eat with us at 12:00 (if they wish).

EpiPens and inhalers
We will not be able to access your child's medicine which is kept at school. Please bring any medicines in a labelled bag with your child.
Guardians will need to fill out a medication consent form for any prescribed medication brought to the camp.

Clothing
We will be doing physical activities and arts and crafts each day so children will need to wear clothes which they can move in (and don't mind getting glue and paint on) and trainers. They will have break times outside so please also make sure they have a coat and a sunhat in summer.

Staff
We have a great team of adults working with the children. All have experience working in schools or coaching gymnastics and dance.
